Today I'm posting one of my favourite dessert recipes that is a real comfort food English recipe. Bread and butter pudding.
My mum would often make this when I was a child, and when I used to live with the girls I would sometimes make this instead of dinner and eat the whole thing!! Its one of those puddings that you can easily whip up in a hurry as you nearly always have the ingredients in the cupboards.
Now I've got to say I'm posting the Jamie Oliver posh version which includes cream and marmalade but you can make it without if you like!
