Free Easter Printables!

What are you up to for Easter? We have rented a house by the seaside with some family and I cant wait! For me Easter is about relaxing, having a big Easter lunch, long walks and cosying up eating Easter eggs and this year it will include an Easter egg hunt for Miss Annie!

I have rounded up a few printables that I thought were lovely for you to use over the holiday.

Always stylish - these "Hoppy Easter" tags from Eat Drink Chic are so colourful and ideal for Easter gifts for your friends. Click over here to download them.

Are you cooking an Easter cake? Why not decorate with these sweet Easter bunny decorations you can print out yourself from The Celebration Shoppe.

We are gifting eggs to Annie's little friends and I'm going to use these cute printable boxes from Mr Printables.com.

Do let me know what you are up to for Easter?

I found this over on Kara's Party Ideas but you can buy the set from Sweet Scarlet Designs for only £6.17. This  would be a gorgeous idea for a baby shower or bridal shower too.

Living Room Moodboard !

I've been trying to collect my thoughts on the re-decoration of the living room for a few weeks now and I'm not sure I'm quite there yet.  We've actually had the sofas delivered and already they look SO much better in the room (not being brown helps!)

Anyway the things we have figured out are:
  • Wooden flooring - probably oak. Unsure of the colour yet but leaning towards a lighter colour I think.
  • Shutters/blinds on the windows. We have these in the rest of the house and I love them and they will cover up the windows (that we are not yet ready to replace) nicely!
  • Some sort of rug - Probably a blue/grey colour.
  • Some kind of greenery in the form of house plants. I feel like this is lacking at the moment.

What we are unsure about:
  • What kind of coffee table if any?  With Annie progressing to walking I'm not sure if we should keep some space for her to toddle.
  • What colour on the walls? If we go with blue -what colour?
  • Lighting - would we want a free standing lamp or side lamps?

What do you think? Any suggestions?  We are open to them!

Seven Months Old!

Annie is seven months. Its such a lovely age. Her facial features seem to be changing as she looks more like a little girl. Her personality gets better every month and she definitely knows her own mind now.  We love her so much!

This month Annie:

  • Is enjoying her food. She eats three meals a day now and I'm mostly following the Annabel Karmel meal planner. Her current favourite is Spinach, Leek and Pea purée and she loves to chew on toast and pineapple!
  • Has started swimming lessons with her daddy. We are doing the babyswimming.co.uk programme which teaches her to swim underwater. She seems to love it so far!
  • Babbles much more now and makes sounds and laughs lots ! She is such a happy little girl.
  • Loves to play peekaboo with mummy.
  • Is sleeping much better now with only one or two wake ups! (YAY!)
  • Met her new little cousin Reuben
  • Went to the farm for the first time! She was fascinated with the pigs!

Happy Tuesday!

PS: You may have noticed that I photoshopped in the paper this month instead of using an actual piece. This is why! Uh oh!

3.This iron on appliqué would look great on a plain cushion.
4. This soulmate baby bedding set is adorable. I love how its unisex too.
5. This pear rattle is such a sweet gift for a new baby.
6. Think how much fun your little one would have in this tent!

Peach Spring like baby shower!

Spring has sprung here and I adore this peach baby shower that I found on Grey likes Baby by Kayla Adams.

The beautiful blooms are my favourite here, I love how they have incorporated lots of different types to give it a soft eclectic look. The concertina decorations in the grey and peach colours look beautiful too and create a lovely backdrop to the room. Have you spied that stunning tablecloth with the flower pom poms on? So cute and I love the chevron one too. To see the full write up then click over to Grey likes Baby here.

Happy Monday!
